DISTRICT070 is the new moniker for deephouse producer _LAV. A new name, with a reference to the areacode of the man behind the project, Coen Bom. This guy is a house pioneer from The Hague Holland, who's been around from the early days of housemusic, something you can feel and hear in his music.
